REMS allows individuals and groups to search, request and view bookings in areas managed by the Office of Reservations and Special Events (Paul Robeson Campus Center, 15 Washington, Clement’s Place, and Express Newark), Rutgers Business School (Newark and New Brunswick locations), Academic Scheduling, Rutgers Law School, Rutgers Law Library.
Please note that the availability of buildings, rooms, services and/or system functionality may vary based on your role or affiliation at Rutgers University or departmental/school internal business process. (For example, faculty and staff may have access to a different set of rooms and functions than registered student organizations). If you have questions, refer to the general contact information.

Rutgers University Faculty and Staff:
Login using your Rutgers NetID and password.
External Clients and Organizations:
Please contact the department managing the space where you would like to request a booking to set up an account.
Rutgers University Registered Student Organizations (Newark):
Login using the username and password the Office of Student Life and Leadership has assigned.
If you have not been assigned a username and password, please contact your advisor.
Rutgers University Business School Student Users:
RBS students that would like to request a team room may login using your Rutgers NetID and password.
Rutgers University Law Students:
If you would like to make a reservation for the Law Library, you may login using your Rutgers NetID and password.
Rutgers University- Newark Criminal Justice Graduate Students:
If you would like to make a reservation for the Law Library, you may login using your Rutgers NetID and password.
